Postforming-plant

to process edges in postforming technique. The edges of rounded and flat furniture fronts are postformed in lengthwise direction to R5, R7 and R10 radii. Further radii and radius transitions on request. Postforming of edges in lengthwise direction is possible for veneer and foil-laminated furniture parts.

Edge-processing centre

for edging flat and rounded furniture parts. Vertical and horizontal edges are attached in throughfeed technique. The edges are then routed and given a circumferential radius. We can process all kinds of edging material, such as veneer, multi-ply edges, melamine or ABS up to a thickness of 3 mm.
